To help us solve your problem faster, please mention your device model, your system version and what you were doing when the issue appeared.
Every PDF you create is saved in the app's own folder. Open the built-in Files app, select your device in the sidebar, then open the ScanPDF Pro folder — you will find your PDFs there. You can also reopen any of them from the History screen inside the app.
No. ScanPDF Pro works completely offline. Scanning, image correction and PDF creation all happen on your device. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no account to sign in to.
Camera access is used only to capture document pages. Photo access is used only when you choose to import pictures you already have. Both are used for nothing else, and the images are processed on your device.
Open a page, tap Adjust, then drag any of the four corner handles. A magnifier appears while you drag so you can place corners precisely, and the corners snap to detected edges. The preview shows the corrected result as you go — tap the checkmark to keep it.
Tap Manage Pages from the home screen. Every page gets its own row with move up, move down, ignore/restore and delete. Marking a page as ignored keeps it in the queue but leaves it out of the next PDF. There is also a Clear button in the top right to remove every page at once.
Paper sizes: A4, Letter, Legal, A5, A3, B5 and Tabloid. The interface is available in English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Russian and Italian. The app follows your system language by default, and you can override it in Settings.
History and PDF files live on the device where they were created, because the app keeps everything local and never uploads anything. If you use a device backup that includes app data, restoring that backup to a new device will bring your PDFs back. To read or keep them anywhere else, share or export the PDFs from the app first.
Tell us your device model and system version, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Screenshots or a short screen recording help a lot. Please avoid attaching documents you would rather keep private.
