1 Frequently Asked Questions

• Which file formats are supported? — STL, OBJ, GLB, and GLTF 3D model files.
• Does the app need an internet connection? — No. View3D Pro is 100% offline and never uploads your files.
• My file won't open. — Make sure it's a valid model and not larger than 100MB. Corrupt or unsupported files will show a clear message.
• A large model loads slowly. — Files over 30MB are fine but may need a moment to load. You can choose to skip the warning before opening.
• Where is my data stored? — Locally on your device, in the app's sandbox. Uninstalling the app removes everything.
