View3D Pro ("we", "us", or "our") provides an offline 3D model viewer for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app. Our app is designed to be fully offline and privacy-first: the models you open and inspect never leave your device.
2 No Data Collection
View3D Pro does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information:
- No account creation or registration is required.
- No analytics, tracking, or telemetry SDKs are embedded.
- No advertising or ad SDKs are used.
- No server is contacted while the app is in use.
- The app works entirely without an internet connection.
3 Local Storage on Your Device
The models you import and your recent-file history are stored locally on your device inside the app's secure sandbox. This data:
- Is never uploaded to any server or cloud service.
- Is accessible only by the app on your device.
- Is permanently erased when you delete the app from your device.
4 Permissions We Use
- Open Files: Used to let you import STL, OBJ, GLB, and GLTF models you choose from Files, AirDrop, Mail, or sharing apps. Files are opened only with your explicit action.
- Save Screenshot / Photo Library: Used only when you explicitly save a screenshot of a model to your photo library.
We never access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or other sensitive data.
5 Links & Third-Party Services
The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. If you contact us by email (e.g., for feedback or support), we use the email address you provide solely to respond to your request. We do not share it with third parties.
6 Children's Privacy
View3D Pro does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because no data is collected, no special parental-consent workflow is required. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will investigate.
7 Security
Because we do not collect or transmit data, your models and usage information stay under your control on your device. Files stored in the app's sandbox follow iOS security standards and are protected from other apps.
8 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
